Our company is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production and sales of lithium battery software and hardware protection boards and BMS power management systems. Founded in 2023, we have a strong technical and management team and have continuously maintained a leading position in the industry. To expand production and sales and create brilliance together, we sincerely invite the following elites:

1. Two BMS software engineers;

Full-time bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science/electronics or related fields;

2. Proficient in programming languages such as C, C++ or VB, familiar with analog and digital circuits, skilled in PCB layout design, and have an understanding of control and signal systems.
3. Familiarity with single-chip microcomputers such as PIC or TI, and proficiency in development environments like CodeWarrior, MPLAB, or IAR are preferred.;"
4. Collaborate with the team to debug and test the performance and functions of the software on-site, be responsible for the testing of the software part, the elimination of logical faults, and the assessment of the stability and reliability of the software system.
5. Familiarity with the VS2010 development environment and the ability to develop on upper computers is preferred.
6. Those with experience in BMS system development are preferred.


2. BMS Hardware Engineers:

College degree or above in electronic information, electrical engineering, automatic control or related fields, with over 5 years of experience in hardware design of electronic products. Possess strong circuit analysis and design capabilities, and be good at circuit debugging and problem-solving.

2. Be familiar with electronic circuit knowledge such as EMC and EMI protection.

3. Have experience in the design of single-chip microcomputers and peripheral circuits, DCDC, LDO, and low-power, low-quiescent current circuits.

4. Be proficient in using common tools such as soldering irons, multimeters and oscilloscopes required for hardware circuit debugging and prototype making.

5. Experience in using hardware circuit simulation and analysis software is preferred.

6. Candidates with experience in designing intelligent battery protection boards and battery management systems are preferred.



Iii. Two inverter hardware engineers:


Bachelor's degree or above in power electronics, automation, electronic information engineering or related fields, with over 5 years of experience in photovoltaic inverter development.

2. Have a certain theoretical foundation in power electronics and circuit knowledge, and have a certain understanding of magnetic components, EMI, safety regulations, heat flow, etc. Be familiar with national and international standards in the inverter industry;

3. Be familiar with the product development process, the selection and use of common components, digital control, and the design of CPU/DSP control single boards;

4. Proficient in using office/cad/pads/logic software, capable of circuit simulation, familiar with the use of common instruments, and able to independently complete circuit design, debugging, and test verification work;

5. Possess excellent problem-solving skills, with strong logical analysis and learning abilities. Good communication skills and team spirit, strong sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit, meticulous and patient in work.



4. Two electronic technicians:


1. Secondary technical school degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in SMT production of PE.

2. PCBA software and hardware testing, prototype debugging, and reliability testing;

3. Proficient in using computers, following up on trial production materials, and repairing defective products;



V. Two Sales managers:

College degree or above in power electronics, electronic information engineering or related fields. Candidates with 2 years of sales experience in lithium battery protection boards, inverters, power boards, etc. are preferred.

2. Be able to endure hardships and work hard, have strong communication skills, and have a good appearance and temperament.

3. Be sincere, have professional ethics and a sense of teamwork.
